Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy:

We strive to provide the best and lowest prices prices on the internet. With that being said, we will ensure that you as a customer are able to use our easy exchange policy. 

All return items must have special number on the outside of the package which will be provided to you by our staff. If the package does not have this number, we will refuse delivery. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us to obtain a "Return Authorization" number.
2. Complete the form provided to you by our staff
3. Carefully package the item and include all documentation as instructed by our staff.
4. Send the package to us.

All of our items can be exchange one time for USA customers only. Please note that some items are "Not Returnable" (for a list please see below).

All exchanges must be made within 14 calendar days from your invoice date. There is a $9.95 charge to cover postage and handling of your exchange request. Additionally, there is a 15% restocking fee which will be charged on all exchanges. 

Furthermore, items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact. (NO EXCEPTIONS) 

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. 

Clearance items are not eligible for return and/or exchange. All sales are final.

We are NOT responsible for lost packages being exchanged. 

Return Policy:

Holiday Exceptions

Please note that all return and/or exchanges must have a Return Authorization number. You may find the standard return/exchange policy listed above. Furthermore, there are exceptions for all returns/exchanges for holidays, which are as follow:

• All orders placed before October 1st are eligible for a normal return / exchange policy.
• All orders placed after or on October 1st and before October 31st are final sales.
• All orders placed between November 20th and December 28th are final sales.
• Any returns or exchanges sent to us for orders placed after October 1st will be refused and returned to sender.

Furthermore, any orders placed for "Holiday" items are not eligible for return.

Not Returnable

Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be returned or exchanged. NO EXCEPTIONS. In the event that we receive such an item, we will charge you $25 and return the item to you. 

If a customer abuses our return policy we reserve the right to deny any future orders from our network and our partner network sites. This includes but not limited to excessive returns, items which are in "other than new condition" and/or an attempt of charge back.

All clearance items are final sales and not returnable. (All clearance items will be clearly indicated on the product page)

• Thong
• Tonga Bottom
• Underwear
• Custom Orders
• Panties
• Stockings
• Pantyhose
• Teddies
• Items with tags removed
